3. Activate & Start Riding: Activate the shared scooter in the app and begin your journey seamlessly. Rest assured that batteries are fully charged, and maintenance is regularly handled.
4. Park & Finish: Upon arrival, safely park the e-scooter within the designated service area and end the rental using the app. Payment is hassle-free, with driving minutes automatically debited.

Answers to frequently asked questions

• Hygiene Standards: Both the scooters and helmets are cleaned and disinfected daily, with all e-scooters equipped with helmets and sanitary hair nets.
• Renting Outside felyx Cities: Yes, you can! It is easy to register if you have a (temporary) Dutch home address. This option is ideal for one-time or short-term use of the felyx e-scooter sharing app. In Brussels, tourists with foreign addresses can also enjoy the service.
• Pricing: With felyx, pricing starts at €0.30 per minute. If you wish to temporarily park the e-scooter for later use, utilize parking mode. Currently, there are no registration fees.
• Driver's License Requirements: A class B license (including car driving privileges), class A license, or moped license (class AM) are required.
• Driving and Parking Outside Service Areas: While you can drive a felyx e-scooter outside of the green-marked service areas displayed on the app map, activating and ending rentals is only possible within these areas. However, parking mode can still be used outside the service area at a rate of €0.10 per minute (Netherlands) and €0.15 per minute (Belgium). Always ensure that you park the e-scooter appropriately, without obstructing pedestrian pathways for wheelchairs, prams, and pedestrians.
